Who can apply?
Businesses and sole traders buying flooring for their work. We review the information you supply and may ask for supporting trade details. Approval is personal to the business and authorised account holder.
How do I see my account pricing?
Once approved, sign in with your account email. Your current trade price is shown in the product calculator and basket, and confirmed before payment. Shopify shows the catalogue for your selected company location. Contact us before ordering if you cannot see trade access in your basket.
Are samples and delivery included?
Samples keep their stated sample prices and separate checkout. Delivery is calculated under the normal delivery rules. Any qualifying basket offers are shown before checkout.
Can I order against a purchase order?
You can add a project or purchase-order reference in the basket. It helps identify your order but does not create credit terms or change the payment due at checkout.
What about returns and bespoke orders?
Business purchases follow our trade terms. Convenience returns need our written agreement, and bespoke or cut goods require particular care before ordering. Applicable rights for faulty or incorrect goods remain. Holding a trade account does not remove consumer rights from a purchase that is legally a consumer purchase.
