How should I measure my rug?
Measure the full space you want the finished rug to cover. The width and length you enter include the border. Mark the outline on the floor with masking tape to see how it sits with your furniture.
Will every carpet suit my rug?
Our team checks availability and suitability after purchase, before production. Roll width, construction and the intended use can affect which finishes are possible.
How accurate is the preview?
The full rug view shows the proportions of your measurements. Photographs help you explore combinations, but texture scale, pattern repeats, corners and colours are illustrative. Please confirm your choices with physical samples.
How is my rug priced?
Your total includes the full roll-width carpet cut needed for your design, even when the finished rug is narrower, plus its finishing. We select the lowest-priced available width that fits your entered dimensions and show the purchased cut before you add it. Width runs across the carpet roll; length runs along it. We do not rotate your design or change its pattern direction.
When will my rug be ready?
Woven Edge hand-tufted rugs have an estimated turnaround of 4–8 weeks and may take longer. For carpet rugs and runners, allow 3–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design. Availability and suitability are confirmed after purchase. We will contact you if anything needs to change before production.
What happens after I enquire?
We’ll review your design and get back to you within 24 hours to discuss the details and your quote. Sending an enquiry doesn’t place an order.
