Planning your floor
Check the colour and texture in your own light. Natural wood varies between boards and batches. Confirm measurements, layout, subfloor preparation and an appropriate cutting allowance with your independent fitter before ordering. Optional wastage is shown separately in the calculator.
A minimum of 13 flooring boxes applies across mixed products, unless your basket includes a carpet cut longer than 2.5 running metres. Accessories do not count towards this minimum.
Installation and care
Follow the manufacturer instructions for your exact floor, finish and subfloor. Check the stated underfloor-heating requirements before ordering. Use a compatible cleaning and maintenance system, protect furniture feet and avoid leaving standing water on the floor.
