Choosing your carpet and measuring
Order a sample to check the colour and texture in your own light. Screens and natural batch variation can affect the appearance. Ask for matching batches when ordering adjoining cuts.
Hibiscus recommends allowing 3% extra in both length and width. Confirm your measurements and roll-width choice with your own fitter before ordering. The calculator prices the supplied size you select; it does not automatically add this allowance.
For underfloor heating, check the combined carpet and underlay thermal resistance against your heating system requirements.
Care and maintenance
Vacuum regularly with the beater bar switched off. Sisal is moisture-sensitive. Blot spills promptly and do not add water or use steam cleaners. Seek specialist cleaning advice for persistent marks.
